SWEET AND SOUR PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, cooked in butter
Salt & pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (#211) can pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
Brown sugar to taste

Saute green peppers. Add onion and simmer until soft. Add syrup from can of pineapple. Stir in mixture of cornstarch, catsup and vinegar. Add soy sauce and brown sugar. Cook until clear, then add pineapple. Set chops in sauce and heat through. Serve with steamed rice.
