PEACH CRISP PUDDING 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. bread cubes
2 c. diced peaches & juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream butter and sugar together. Add bread cubes to sugar mixture and blend well. Mix fruit and lemon juice with the bread. Pour into greased individual baking dishes and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Garnish with additional peaches and whipped cream if desired. Apricots or crushed pineapple may be substituted for peaches.
