PEANUT BUTTER CRUST 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. cane sugar
1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. peanut butter

Add the sugar to the crumbs. Melt the butter and peanut butter together and add this to the crumb mixture, stirring with a fork until all is evenly moist. Press this mixture into a 9 inch pie plate and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

This is a good crust for an ice cream pie, banana cream, peanut butter, vanilla or just anything!
