ERICA'S SUPER EASY TACO SOUP (OR
SALAD)
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn (drained)
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies (with liquid)
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style beans (with liquid)
1 (16 oz.) can Bush’s best kidney beans (with liquid)
1 (15 oz.) can ranch style pinto beans (with liquid)
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® original ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
1 env. McCormick original taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water (optional)

Cook ground beef and drain. Add all ingredients and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes or until it thickens. Serve with tortilla chips.

TACO SALAD VARIATION:

Put tortilla chips in the bottom of a large bowl. Add layer of shredded lettuce. Add layer of taco soup. Add layer of shredded cheese. Top with dairy sour cream, and sprinkle Pace Picante hot sauce around the sour cream.
