SEASIDE STEW 
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 cup frozen condensed soup
2 to 3 cups crabs, fish, lobster, scallop and shrimp, cut up
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheese
3 tbsp. sardines (optional)

Brown mushrooms lightly in butter. Add soups, heat slowly until soup is thawed, blend in seafood and cheese. Heat, stir often. Add sardines just before serving. Serve with hot butter rice or noodles.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
