CHOCOLATE MINT DELIGHT 
BROWNIES:

22 1/2 oz. fudge brownie mix
1/2 c. very hot tap water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

TOPPING:

12 oz. jar (1 c.) fudge ice cream topping
1/2 gallon Peppermint Bon Bon, or any flavor, ice cream

Grease 9x13 pan. In large bowl combine all brownie ingredients. Beat 50 strokes with spoon. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool completely.

Spread 2/3 cup of the fudge topping over the brownies. Open up the ice cream box and slice ice cream into 1-inch sections. Place these on top of the brownies so they are completely covered.

Heat the remaining fudge topping and drizzle on top of ice cream. Cover and freeze several hours or overnight. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
