BLACK TEA CHICKEN MARINADE 
Kids love these! Very moist and tender.

4 to 6 chicken breasts (I use boneless, skinless)

MARINADE:

2 cups well brewed black tea
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. wasabi paste
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. crushed garlic
1/4 cup rice vinegar

Combine all marinade ingredients in 1 gallon Ziploc bag. Mix well.

Add boneless skinless breasts. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

I brush my chicken with sesame oil just before grilling.

Grill or bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Note: I have left them marinating for up to 2 days... the longer the better!

Serves 4 to 6.
