WILD RICE HOT DISH | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onions 2 c. chopped celery 1 c. wild rice (soaked overnight (8 hours) in water, drain) 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cans cream of mushroom 1 can mushrooms Brown beef, onions, celery, salt and pepper. Combine rest of ingredients, put in casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Last half hour, add about 2 tablespoons soy sauce. |
