WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
6 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
Juice of 1 lg. lemon
4 c. pecans
4 c. English walnuts
1 lb. candied pineapple
1 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. dates

Grease cake pan and line with waxed paper. Grease waxed paper. In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with liquids. Add fruits and nuts; mix well. Bake in oven at 325 degrees about 2 hours or until done.
