SUE'S WILD RICE SALAD | |
1 c. wild rice 2 c. chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 4 sm. green onions 1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes, cut in half 1 (3 oz.) bag cashews, cut or broken 1 or 1 3/4 c. mayonnaise, mixed with 1 tsp. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. soy sauce Cook rice 45-60 minutes. Drain; cool and add rest of ingredients. Chill 3-4 hours before serving. |
