AUNT LINDA'S BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
This recipe is also delicious using fat-free cream of mushroom soup and reduced fat mayo!

2 (10 oz. ea.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup grated sharp cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
2 tsp. onion flakes
1/4 to 1/2 cup cracker crumbs (Club or Ritz)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook broccoli using package directions. Drain broccoli and let cool for 5 minutes.

While broccoli is cooling, combine the next 5 ingredients in a greased 9x13-inch glass casserole dish and mix well. Stir in broccoli and top mixture with cracker crumbs.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
