BLONDIES 
1 c. butter, softened
10 oz. Baker's white chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. dried raisins
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Preset oven to 325°F.

Line 13 x 9-inch metal pan or butter it. Cook in center. Melt butter and white chocolate over low heat (or microwave). Stir until smooth. Set aside and allow to cool.

Stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, using a wooden spoon.

Add flour, salt, coconut, raisins and vanilla. Spread evenly in buttered or parchment lined pan.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
