PEANUT BUTTER BLONDIES | |
3 eggs 1 c. granulated sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. smooth peanut butter 1/2 c. butter (melted) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. sifted flour 3/4 tsp. baking powder 3/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. baking soda 1 c. nutmeats (walnuts, pecans or peanuts) Beat eggs well. Add sugars, blend in peanut butter, vanilla and melted butter. Mix well. Add dry ingredients which have been sifted together, and then add nuts if desired. Spread in 9x13 inch ungreased pan and bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. |
