BROILED LAMB CHOPS 
6 chops
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter

Place chops in shallow baking dish; season. Top with butter dots; broil 20 minutes. Baste while broiling; turn at 10 minutes.

Garnish: Fruit preserves, mint jelly, parsley, carrots, celery, mint sauce.
