HOT NACHO DIP 
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 lg. bag of corn chips
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 med. chopped onion

Brown meat and onions. Add taco seasoning. Separately in microwave or double boiler, melt cheese and add drained tomatoes. Mix meat sauce with cheese-tomato combo. Keep warm in crock pot and serve over corn chips. Or use as a dip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
