CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter
2 c. coarse bread crumbs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. fresh lump crab

Cook onion, celery, and green pepper with butter in heavy skillet over low heat until onion is tender but not brown. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Place in 1 quart baking dish. Bake until golden brown in 400 degree oven.
