EGG, CHEESE AND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
5 eggs
1 box garlic and chives croutons
1/2 lb. Swiss or American cheese
1/2 c. milk

Fry bacon, sausage or ham until brown. Drain. Crumble meat.

Spray 8x8 inch pan with Pam. Put crumbled meat in bottom of pan.

In bowl mix eggs and milk together. Pour over meat. Put diced up cheese over top of meat mixture. Then sprinkle croutons over cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
