PEACHES AND CREAM PIE | |
3/4 c. self-rising flour 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (NOT INSTANT) 2 tbsp. butter 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. milk Mix the above and pour in deep-dish greased pie plate. Pour over this 28 ounce can drained sliced peaches. Reserve liquid. Mix together 8 ounces cream cheese, 3 tablespoons reserved liquid from peaches, and 1 cup sugar. Spoon over peaches, staying 1 inch away from sides of plate. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake for 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. |
