PEACHES 'N' CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 (5.1 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, egg, vanilla pudding, butter, milk and beat 2 minutes. Spoon into a greased 10 inch pie pan. Drain peaches, reserving 3 tablespoons. Arrange peaches on top of batter. Beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice together for two minutes. Spoon on top of peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until crust is golden.
