STREUSEL TOP PEACH CREAM PIE 
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. fresh peaches, after peeled

Slice peaches and brush with lemon juice. Combine all other ingredients and gently blend in peaches. Pour into unbaked crust and bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes.

Sprinkle top with streusel and bake 10 minutes more.

3 tbsp. firm butter
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. chopped nuts

Blend with fork until course, sprinkle on pie.
