PEACHES N CREAM PIE 
3 oz. vanilla instant pudding
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. can sliced peaches
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice
Cinnamon

Combine first 7 ingredients, mix with mixer until smooth. Spread in 9 inch deep dish pie plate (don't butter). Drain off juice from peaches (save juice); arrange on top of mixture. Beat cream cheese, sugar, 3 tablespoons peach juice until smooth. Spread over top of peaches (not to edges). Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
