STUFFED PEPPERS 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. pure hot sausage
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. A-1 Steak Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil 8 peppers for about 5 minutes; drain well. Cook meat and all seasoning until done; cool. Add 2 eggs and 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs or cooked rice. Stir well and stuff peppers. Heat in oven when ready to serve. Freezes very well.
