STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 peppers
Tomato sauce
Corn bread

FILLING:

1 lb. pork sausage
3/4 c. onion
3 c. corn bread
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. milk

Before stuffing, cook peppers in boiling water (peppers half covered) for 6 minutes. Do this while corn bread is baking.

Brown sausage and onion, then add corn bread and milk. Add filling to cooked peppers. Bake in shallow pan with a little water in the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
