BAKED STUFFED PEPPERS 
8 slices bread, cut up
1 lb. pork sausage, ground
Parsley, dash
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder, dash
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
4 oz. mushrooms

Mix together all ingredients and stuff into pepper halves. Cover with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees 2 hours, covered.
