STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 green peppers
1 c. packaged pre-cooked rice
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Hunt's Manwich sauce, original
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Wash and halve green peppers lengthwise; remove seeds. Parboil 5 minutes. Prepare rice according to package directions. Take casing off Italian sausage and brown meat until it loses redness, drain fat. Add rice, salt, pepper and 1/2 can Manwich; mix lightly. Pile into pepper halves. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Pour remaining Manwich over peppers and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Makes 4-6 servings.
