ONION SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. hot milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash paprika
1/4 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. buttered coarse bread crumbs

Place minced onion in small amount boiling water and cook until tender. Add onion pulp to hot milk. Season with salt, paprika and mustard. Return to stove and heat well. Add flour to egg yolks. Gradually beat hot onion mixture into beaten egg yolks. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Makes about 2 cups sauce.
