ORANGE-GLAZED BANANAS 
6 bananas, halved lengthwise
3/4 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. Grand Marnier
3 tbsp. unsalted butter
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
Vanilla ice cream or sour cream

Oven 450 degrees. Place bananas in shallow dish. Combine orange juice and Grand Marnier and pour over bananas. Dot with butter. Bake until sugar melts and nuts are glazed and toasted, approximately 5 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or sour cream.
