FLEISCH KUECHLE 
DOUGH:

5 c. flour
2 heaping tsp. salt
1 scant c. sour cream
2 scant c. milk

MEAT MIXTURE:

2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, cut fine
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and roll out pieces of dough about the size of a large sauce dish. Spread meat mixture over dough. Do not spread meat too close to the edge. Fold over and pinch down. Fry in deep fat until done. Turn over once.
