FLAT FRENCH BREAD 
2 c. very warm water (105-115 degrees)
1 pkg. yeast
1 heaping tsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. sesame seeds
4 c. all-purpose flour
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted (optional)

Mix water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for 15 minutes. Add salt and flour. Mix well. Turn onto well greased cookie sheet and let rise for 30 minutes. Spread with melted butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise again. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
