CARAMEL MUNCH CORN 
4 qts. popped corn
3 c. peanuts

Mix popcorn and peanuts in a shallow baking pan and set aside. 1 c. butter 1/2 c. light Karo syrup 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over popcorn-peanut mixture. Stir to coat well.

Bake in 250 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, stirring occasionally to avoid popcorn sticking together. Store in tightly covered container.
