CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp. fat
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Dash of nutmeg
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 (#2) can kidney beans

Brown meat and onion in fat. Add tomato soup, water and seasonings. Simmer about 1 hour, covered. Add kidney beans and simmer 15 to 20 minutes longer.
