APPLE CRISP 
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
3 - 4 tbsp. cold water
1 can apple pie filling
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oatmeal

For crust, combine 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, shortening and cold water; pat into 8 x 8 inch pan. Add apple pie filling. For topping, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle topping over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
