FAR EAST CELERY 
2 c. sliced celery, cooked tender crisp
1 can mushroom or chicken cream soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 sm. can chopped pimento

Combine all ingredients and place in a buttered casserole. Cut small round circles from white bread, and use them around the edge of the casserole and use some pimento to garnish center. Let the bread overlap each other. Bake until bubbling and bread is lightly brown.
