SQUASH PUDDING 
9 white squash
3 egg yolks
1 can milk, sm.
Cinnamon
1/4 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Nutmeg

Peel, cut up and boil squash until tender. Drain and mash. In bowl mix egg yolks, sugar, butter, squash, dash of cinnamon, plenty of nutmeg and lemon flavoring. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
