HAMBURGER GOO 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. flour

Brown ground beef in small amount of oil until cooked. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until vegetables are soft, 20-30 minutes. Serve hot on hamburger rolls. Enough for 12 rolls.
