VEGETABLE AND GROUND BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 can peas (drained)
1 med. onion (sliced)
1 can cream style corn

Brown ground beef and onions together. Grease casserole dish. Place in dish by layers. Put beef and onion mixture on bottom layer. Add cream style corn and peas for middle layer, then top with mashed potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
