VEGETABLE RICE HAMBURGER
CASSEROLE
 
2 lb. hamburger, raw
3 c. vegetarian vegetable soup
1/4 to 1/2 onion soup mix
2 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. water

On the bottom of a large flat baking pan spread hamburger. Sprinkle with rice. Top with soup. Then sprinkle with salt and soup mix. Pour water on top.

This make a simple one dish balanced meal. Grated cheese on top would make it more interesting. Bake at 400 degrees until hamburger is done.
