LEMON SQUARES 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
6 oz. butter

FILLING:

6 eggs, whisk lightly
3 c. sugar
1 c. lemon juice, fresh if you can
3/4 c. flour

Mix crust ingredients until size of small peas. Put into pan and pat down. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes until golden brown. Mix filling ingredients and pour over baked crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
