CHEESY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. Cheddar cheese crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sharp cheese

Cook frozen vegetables; drain well. Combine cooked vegetables, celery, onion, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup cheese, salt and pepper; spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle crushed crackers over top. Bake 300 degrees 30 minutes.
