CITRUS PUNCH 
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. water
1 c. lemon juice
Rinds of lemons
3 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lime juice
2 c. grapefruit juice
3 c. ginger ale
Lemon, orange, lime slices & fresh mint for garnish

Bring sugar, water and lemon juice to a boil. Cook at high heat for 3 minutes. Add the lemon rinds. Remove from heat and let stand 3 minutes. Discard the lemon rind and cool the syrup. Mix in the fruit juice and ginger ale. Pour over ice into a punch bowl. Garnish with sliced fruit and mint leaves. Makes about 3 quarts.
