SWEET BREAD 
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. butter, cut up
3 1/4 c. flour, divided
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. active dry yeast
3 eggs, room temperature

In small saucepan, combine milk, water and butter. Heat over medium heat until very warm. In large mixer bowl, combine 1 1/4 cup flour, sugar, yeast and salt; mix well. Gradually add warm liquid to dry. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in remaining 2 cups flour. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in bulk.. (about 1 hour). Generously grease a 1 inch tube pan. Stir dough very well. Pour into prepared pan. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk 30 to 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes and remove.
