SWEET BREAD 
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. warm water
2 pkg. rapid rise yeast
1 egg
4 1/2 to 5 c. flour, enough to make soft dough

Melt butter in 3/4 cup water add sugar, salt, 1 egg, and mix well; add 1 cup flour.

Sprinkle yeast in warm water, stir until dissolved and mix into lukewarm mixture.

Add remaining flour; knead until elastic.

Place in greased bowl; cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch down and divide into fourths or sixths.

Roll out each part, sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and raisins. Roll up and place on greased cookie sheets.

Let rise about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes depending on size. Glaze when cooled.
