CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 pkg. Jello (1 lemon 1 cherry)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. cranberries
1 red apple
2 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 or 2 oranges
Celery and nuts (optional)

Mix the Jello and the water and add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple to Jello, cool until partially thickened. Grind the cranberries and the orange (rind and all). Cut apple into small pieces and add the fruit mixture to the thickened Jello. Add celery and nuts if desired. Refrigerate overnight.
