CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 1/2 c. ground cranberries
1 red and 1 yellow apple, chopped fine
1 orange, cut up in chunks
1 can drained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. celery, ground
2 sm. pkg. or 1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
Sugar to taste (about 3/4 to 1 c.)

Fix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Mix well. Add sugar and set aside to cool. Then grind cranberries and celery. Cut up your apples leaving peel on for color. Drain the pineapple and drink the juice. Chop your walnuts. Combine all your ingredients into a large bowl. Pour Jello and sugar over mixture and mix well. Taste. Add more sugar if needed. Chill overnight.
