CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD 
2 boxes cherry Jello
3 c. boiling water
1 lb. raw cranberries
3 lg. apples
2 or 3 oranges
1 orange rind
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts

Dissolve Jello in 3 cups of boiling water. Let cool. Grind cranberries, apples and oranges and rind. Drain pineapple; add sugar and nuts. Add to above. Add all ingredients to Jello and let set.
