CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD 
2 oranges, peeled
2 cans whole cranberry sauce
2 sm. pkgs. Jello, any flavor
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Chop oranges into bite-size pieces and fold into cranberry sauce. Dissolve Jello in water and add to cranberry mixture. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Unmold and garnish with lettuce and cream cheese balls rolled in chopped parsley.
