CRANBERRY ORANGE SALAD MOLD 
1 orange, quartered and seeded
2 c. whole fresh cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. bottled cranberry or apple juice, divided into 2 equal portions
1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)

Put orange, cranberries and nuts through food processor. Add sugar; mix well. Sprinkle gelatin on 1/2 cup of cranberry or apple juice to soften.

Place juice over low heat and stir until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 1/2 cup juice. Add to orange/cranberry mixture. Turn into mold and chill. Unmold when ready to serve.
