STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIES 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 qt. fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. salt

Line pie shell with strawberries. Combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, and water. Cook over heat until thickened and clear. Pour glaze over the strawberries. Let set for several hours or overnight. Chill before serving and garnish with whip cream and whole berries.
