DIET "STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIE" 
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
About 6 c. fresh strawberries
4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Mash enough berries to measure 1 cup. Stir together Sweet 'N Low and cornstarch. Gradually stir in water and crushed strawberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cool. Place strawberries in pie shell "standing". Pour cooked mixture over. Chill. Top with a little Cool Whip.
