DIET YUMMY STRAWBERRY PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter
1 pkg. sweetener

Mix with fork. Pat in 8 inch pie plate. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325 degrees. Crust will not get brown. Cool.

1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant - diet)
1 pkg. strawberry Jello (diet)
2 c. water

Mix dry Jello and pudding in pan. Add small amount of water and gradually add rest. Cook and stir until mixture boils up well, cool. Stir in 3 cups fresh strawberries. Pour into cooled crust. Top with Cool Whip.
